I became fascinated by the Alexander Technique when I was becoming a parent and taking lessons. I experienced first hand how the improvement in my awareness and connection to my movement patterns led to an enhanced experience of daily activities and an improved sense of wellbeing.I went on to study the technique formally from 2013-2017 at a STAT-approved UK Teacher Training Course.Since then, I’ve been working with people with a wide variety of backgrounds and reasons for wanting to learn the technique.My teaching approach is grounded, practical, and tailored to each person’s unique situation.

Private lessons from my home studio in Pymble.Using hands-on guidance and clear explanations we work jointly to influence your posture and movement co-ordination to help bring out an improvement in your physical and mental well-being and enjoyment of day-to-day life.Each person is different and lessons are tailored to your needs and interests.Lessons: 40 minutes
